Custom umbrellas are made to your exact specs, so returns/exchanges aren’t accepted for reasons like “change of mind.” However, if there’s a mistake in your design (e.g., wrong logo, incorrect colors) due to our error, we’ll re-produce and ship replacements at no cost.
We accept international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, T/T (bank transfer). A 50% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 50% due before shipping.
